Release notes

This update focuses on providing additional features and enhanced security when Browscap is used in an environment where PHP is compiled with OpenSSL support.

Improvements

Browscap will now try to download new user agent data using HTTPS and fall back to HTTP when OpenSSL support is not available. #672104: use https to download the browscap file
