Why is this module here?

I was checking your module out and I wonder if it's supposed to be released at all?
It's got a keys module dependency it says on the project page but when keys module is installed your module still can't be installed...
Fixing this dependency in the install file will allow this but then your module makes calls to non existent functions?

Is there any reason your module is alive on here?
