Release notes

- Completely changes the paradigm on how media is chosen to play. Instead of scanning, you now TELL it what to play.
- Removed the field type "Media Player"
- Removed the widget type "Media Player"
- Removed the preset based formatters. No longer is there a bunch of formatters for all your presets, there is now only the "MediaFront Player" formatter.
- Created a "MediaFront Player" field formatter that lets you chose the mediafront preset and preview image.
- Added more streamlined API's around getting the media to play provided a media field and preview field.
- Removed the services support since it was broken anyway.
