Hi,

When I tried to add a new banner I got this error:

( ! ) Fatal error: Call to undefined function media_load() in C:\wamp\www\mysite\sites\all\modules\rotating_banner\rotating_banner.module on line 241

I tried several times but it is the same.

You need that fix:
http://alperbalci.com/defol_git/rotating_banner-fix.rar
Extract and put this file to the sites/all/modules/rotating_banner directory.
