I've been using colorbox and rootcandy for a while, but never alltogether. I have now a big problem it appears that colorbox disables all javascript on rootcandy as admin theme. What can I do to fix this, is there a walkaround?

Could it be that Rootcandy is incompatible with jQuery Update module (that you need for Colorbox)?
