Hello,
I'm trying to find a way to add user fields to posts and comments (things you'd see on other forum software, such as location, occupation, etc). I don't see any tpl files in the AF installation. Is this being styled in a different way now?
Thanks!

MichelleThat sort of thing is usually added to Author Pane.
That said, if you don't have any .tpl files in your AF install, something is wrong as there should be quite a few.

Steel Rat CreditAttribution: Steel Rat commentedAh ok. I didn't see AP mentioned in the description for version 7. And AP is only in alpha for D7, yikes. I'll give it a try though.
Thanks.

Steel Rat CreditAttribution: Steel Rat commentedAs for the tpl files. I don't see any in the zip either. Where should they be? What's the folder they're in?

MichelleStyles.
Steel Rat CreditAttribution: Steel Rat commentedOk, so only under the "naked" style, correct?
MichelleMostly, yeah, since the others inherit.

MichelleNo problem. :)

srlawr CreditAttribution: srlawr commentedon topic (just..!)
how do I create my own theme for my Forum? I'm happy to create a new folder and write up my styles/over-ride templates as appropriate, but what hook/info do I need to add to get my theme into the selection box for use? Or is that even possible?
cheers.

MichelleLook at the docs for 6.x-2.x (not 1.x). They should be nearly the same as what you need to do for 7.x as 7.x branched off the 2.x branch in D6 and I don't think it's diverged too awfully much.

srlawr CreditAttribution: srlawr commentedThank you, I did indeed find the solution in the 6.x.2.x version, worked exactly as is for the D7 branch too.
