Next slide on clicking image

Hi,
in order to improve usability - would it be possible to implement a setting to allow users navigating through slides only by clicking the image in the overlay, similiar to Facebook? Also, I find the buttons for navigation a little small- any chance to make that a setting in the administration too?

Ideas appreciated.
