Provide multilingual capabilities to the default SQL storage controller

The Entity storage API initiative aims to introduce an API to deal with entities in a storage-agnostic fashion. Core will provide a default SQL storage controller that will provide our basic implementation of this API. This controller will need to deal with multilingual properties in a native way, that is able to deal with the parallel tables where this values are actually stored.
