Release notes

Many bug fixes and new features. Most notable:

* Batch API support for import and export.
* Sheetnode CKEditor plugin module.
* CCK field improvements, including sheet templates as default value.
* Token support, both as a new spreadsheet function and to access cell values.

Installation instructions:

* Please download the latest SocialCalc code from Github. It contains many improvements that are compatible with D6 and the new D7 version.
* Make sure to run the database update as the database format has changed (to the better).
