At /admin/settings/links the following text appears _on the screen_ in the Security Settings section.

You can set the permissions of who is allowed to view the count of how many people have followed each link in the access control page.

(ie: HTML appears on screen). Looks like incorrect use of t().

This issue is in a couple of other places, and some of the (admin) link targets appear to be incorrect. Here's a patch against HEAD.

The maintainer of this module appears to be AWOL. He hasn't replied to any of my emails, these issues, etc.
