I am not able to popup in a popup, and also not getting any other module with can do this.
Actually i m using modal with ctools, which is opening one form in lightbox perfectly, but on the click on some item I want another pop up open above previous popup.

Please HELP... if not possible in this way .. then what is the alternative ?

I'm not sure that is possible.

You can open a modal from another modal but that will replace the new modal with the old.
