Ok, here's the deal. My site is running Mambo and I'm thinking I'm reaching my limit of options. The site is http://www.helloghost.com. I just had a second content writer start 'blogging', and I have another coming up whenever I can make room. Is Drupal designed with multiple users in mind? Is it *somewhat* easy to customize to my liking? Can I control whether or not users have different rights regarding content publishing? I think that's all the questions I have about Drupal. What do you think, does that sound like something that would suit my site?

Also, can people comment on the articles? Or is there a *mod* that I can install to do so?
Search, then ask
Please, do some searching next time. Everything you needed to know is answered on the Features page... the one you reach by clicking the big link right in the middle of the front page.
Jumping right into asking questions wastes everyone's time. You have to wait for an answer, we have to type one up.
Drupal does that
Everything that you've described, Drupal does out of the box. It is designed, inherently, to be a multi-user system, where different roles with different permissions can be created.
