Link URL for subdirectory installation file

Hi.

I am using multilingual site. The link to a file / image is suppose to be the same between languages. English version have /en following base URL.

I also have sub directory of my Drupal installation to differentiate between versions. So, the URL for English version become [domain]/v1/en.

Using IMCE (with TinyMCE), the link for file / image become /v1/[filename] for both languages.

It is not a problem until I want to rename the directory to something else. All file / image attached would be broken links!

I'm looking forward for the solution. Maybe it can exclude the base URL set in settings.php? Thank you in advance!
