I have been running a free press release site for a long time in a php script provided by article setup, though it has lot of bugs in ti and more over not much secure. Our free press release site is going more and more popular, so i want to take a few precautions for my site security and want to convert it into more secure site.

Is there anyway to convert the article setup script to Drupal with out losing any existing data, atleast database migration?

If you have the database dump you need to get all the details in csv / xls file and you can use that file in node import module of the drupal. you just need to be sure that you have all the require fields of node import in your csv or xls file. that's it and you can migrate all your data to your new drupal site

if possible please guide me my sites has more then 100000 articles.
but due to server overload site get banned by hosting company .
so is it possible to switch all data to drupal system

For that much data migration you might want to consider using the http://drupal.org/project/migrate module.
