I am not sure whether to post it to Ubercart or Panels:

Within the panel page node edit form overwrite, ubercart form elements such as price, sku, etc does not seem to
appear for Drupal 7.

Any insights ?

Übercart does most of it's work quite custom, so I believe that's where the problem resides. Have you seen that there is a Ubercart Panels module? Not to mention Commerce, which plays well with Drupals ecosystem?

Thx Letharion. I have checked ubercart panels, yet, it doesn't provide node edit form hook to panel. Thx for the suggestion for Commerce module, seems to be an alternative light weight and flexible choice for Drupal 7 and forward...
