Greetings,

I'm having issues with posting node comments for any user type (admin, or anon). After trying many potential fixes I finally went to my report page and saw the listed report (attached image). It appears that it can't find the given CSS document, but I'm not sure that this would stop Drupal from posting comments to the database. Any help or thoughts on this would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Well, at this point I'm pretty certain it isn't a Busy issue. I temporarily converted over to Bartik and still comments will not post or write to the database.
