Hi,

I noticed that the invite page doesn't react at all, if the user hasn't linked the accounts when visiting the page. This patch adds the connect-button to the invite-page if account is not linked.

Sorry, that wasn't a clean patch. Here's a new one. Also fixed a typo in destination parameter and defaulted the redirect back to the invite -page instead of frontpage.
