UI experience

After I click "Reorder the Book", the page got redirected, with a list of books. After I finish the "drag and drop", the node seems to be re-placed but actually it is not; it is free to move around when drag and drop is done. And scrolling up and down can make a difference, too. In other words, it's like the process of reordering never got finished. And sometime the node just disappeared when I'm doing drag and drop, I can get the node title displayed again by refreshing the page though.

One more issue is that I got repeated node title. For example, if the node is titled as "test", then in the outline list and somewhere else the node title displayed as "test test". Again, things get back normal when I refresh the page.
