Hi,

I'm loving this module. The only thing that's missing for me is the option to have the AJAX loading icon div take up a pre-defined height, so the user isn't jarred when the content suddenly expands.

I would add to the AJAX options in the block configuration:

(checkbox) Define place-holder size?
(integer) Width
(integer) Height

And when rendering the AJAX icon div, if the checkbox is checked, simply force it to the predefined numbers if existing.
