hi i'm new to drupal. i'm building a dev openchurch site using xampp. I was fiddling with the homepage rotator, sadly i didn't notice the OpenChurch documentation and i struggled with adding items. I've finally added items properly to the queue and it's working as expected but in the process i appear to have screwed something else up.

Homepage rotator block appears on Every page. i've tried within the block configuration to appear in only listed pages and i've listed "" but it still appears everywhere. Is there somewhere in fusion that specifies this? or Views?

1) how do i undo this
or
2) how do i reinstall or refresh the homepage rotator block feature?

thanks in advance!

If you haven't made too much progress, I would recommend you start over with a fresh install. The home page rotater shouldn't be added as a block as it is shown on the home page via a panel.

Also, most block placements will be controlled using the Context module.

thanks for the info.

i'm slowly trying to understand what it is i'm looking at. i am building a new site at the same time to possibly start from scratch. but this looks to be a good learning experience, and failure continues to be my best teacher.

i didn't add the rotator to the homepage but i changed it somehow as the overlay links for each node in the rotator queue have also disappeared. i did have a

i think it's part of a view not a panel, as i'm getting a notice to enable the panels module.

i've got a newer stock OpenChurch site setup which appears to be working fine. I can add homepage rotator items, the overlay links maintain and it only appears on the homepage. Not sure how i changed it to it appears on all pages.
Perhaps in the Fusion (Structure..context..blocks)? If i remove the block from the content panel perhaps that would do it.

It is in the Homepage variant content panel. (does that make sense to anyone but me? my terminology could be off)
