Problem is same as here http://drupal.org/node/1408036 , and it still remains.

If enabled "path prefix" in "URL language detection configuration" + "use ajax" in advanced calendar`s block view setup - pager switch by month not working.

Ajax response returns, but in the data is same month as I was looking at.
So can`t really say if block not reloads or it reloads with same month.
Anyway problem exists, block calendar pager not working.

The issue you are linking to says the tabs don't work when translated. That should not be an issue because the tabs look just like any other Views tabs.

If you are having trouble with paging, try turning off the option to track the date (in admin/settings/date/calendar). Also try turning off Views caching if you're using it.

If neither of those work I need steps to reproduce on a newly-created template.
