how to set homebox height

first of all, i kindly thank you for such an awesome module - to everyone who's contributed in some way.

i'm probably missing this very simple thing - am trying to find how to set the homebox height, defined by either a define() or through some variable. in homebox.js, there's a maxHeight, and in jquery.tipsy.js::pos.height ...is there a way to set either of these through php or admin ui?
