This just started happening this afternoon and no, I did not make any changes to the system, online or off.

When going to my site everything is showing up just fine except the user picture next to the content brief. Once logged in, the user picture shows up like it should.

I checked with my host and they are as baffled as I am. I am running 4.5.1 and have been for a little over a week.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Since no one seemed to have an answer, I went ahead and disabled the user picture feature.

I'm still interested in finding a *working* solution if one is available. Any ideas?

Yeah, I got it figured out. Someone (have yet to discover who & how) changed the chmod settings (in several places). I'm still working with my host to iron out the security issue(s).

I see that from time-to-time some folks have been hitting this thread and then visiting my site - I presume to see how I'm using Drupal. So I figured I should let you all know that I gave up on Drupal shortly after this thread was started.
