I'm looking to get a crumble path. Is it included in the Theme?

Yes, if enabled, it is at the bottom of the page.

Can it be changed to another place?

E.g. more to the top. Crumblepath in a block to enable this in the header (top of the page below menu).

Breadcrumb was showed by $breadcrumb, you can move it to any where in page.tpl.php if you need and please handle how it is
