Even though I have ad module set to use nofollow, I still see in our logs that the Googlebot is clicking on ads sometimes hundreds of times in the space of a few seconds. There's never any referring page listed in the log details, it's always something like this:

Can anyone tell me what's going on here? I've tried disallowing the the /ad/* path with robots.txt, but that doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Never did work out a solution, but I haven't noticed it happening for a while.
