Mongodb block ui is using MONGODB_BLOCK_REGION_NONE constant but it is not define anywhere causing ton of notices.

Looks like both are used so this patch removes all mentiones of BLOCK_REGION_NONE and replaces with MONGODB_BLOCK_REGION_NONE
