Superfish menu block not show, using garland and other default template

Tested using default/clean install of drupal core 7.12 & 7.14
I have tested using superfish version 7.18 & 7.x1.9-beta4. I also confuse about the version of jquery available to downloand, it state version 1.1 for 7.18, i can not find it at github.
I do exactly and can configure fine at admin menu and show normally and structure/block (also in the proses to find out I also have modify the permission), but doesnt show up. Please advice and help. Thank you
