There is an article here explaining how to create feature plugins and as an example removes the pagination when it is not needed. Ive had a play around trying to get it to work but cant get my head around it. Any ideas?

We are on 7.x 2.x so I would say this issue can be closed for now and reopened with changed code version option if somebody wants to report it for 2.x.
