How do I create categories

Chemistry->organic chemistry->class 11
Chemistry->inorganic chemistry ->class 11
and sort by different criteria by class, by chemistry
and, How do I create following questions and answers types in quiz:
1. image in the multiple choice question
2. Answers as images
3. Math expression in question
4. Math expression in answers.
I wanted to use in different combinations of the above ,any documentation , video tutorial link please

You can add taxonomy terms to quiz questions by following the steps below.

  1. Create a vocabulary of terms using taxonomy at admin/structure/taxonomy/add.
  2. Edit the content type for your quiz question types and add the terms, for example at admin/structure/types/manage/multichoice/fields. Add the field type of "term reference." You will need to do this for all your quiz question content types.
  3. Edit your quiz question and select a term.
