calendar module showing events based on published date rather than showing based on event start date [#1600672]

how to display events based on event start date instead of event published date using Events calendar feature module and feeds module in drupal 7, and how to avoid deleted events from feeds getting displayed in calendar ?

Hi,

I believe that you would need to do that by going into views and setting up the fields that you would like the calendar to display.

I am using feeds module along with calendar and event feautures module in drupal 7 and by adding a feed url in admin configuration , I am able to get nodes created automatically from feed items,so there is no specific field for event start date in content.

So is there any way to get the event start date of the google calendar feed in the calendar view.
