It was probably some temporary issue during development.

I got the following error on fresh install of 1st aegir satellite instance:
cp: cannot stat `/data/disk/o1/aegir/distro/001/sites/all/modules/provision_cdn/hosting': No such file or directory

@amsri Please follow bug submission guidelines. I'm closing this because we can't reproduce this issue with either stable or head install/upgrades.
