This looks like a simple and useful addition to this module. Which country did you use as your base?

I used Australia as the base for it (the others were very very confusing to read through), but I noticed that a few of them didn't work properly. I know the 02 numbers and 09 work properly (Taipei and Mobile), and I haven't checked into why the others aren't functioning 100% properly yet (my current project is focused on Taipei). I will post here again when I have it sorted out.

Maybe someone else can have a look and figure out where I hacked some stuff wrong. :-) It was kind of a rush job for me to get Taipei and Mobile working as soon as possible and I'll admit I didn't do the most perfect job and commenting is off a bit.
