I have faced a very strange situation!
I have some contents published on the web site already created by Admin.
Now I am just editing and saving the same pages again using Admin user but after that I face the following message when surfing the site as an anonymous user!!!
Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page.
If I login with a username and password I can see all the contents but if not, I will just see few of them! "access content" is activate for all users tho!
What I am doing wrong?

Is this something to do with your access control for accessing content?? Please check.

Thanks, but ...
Thank you for your reply.
but that option has been checked for all roles!
and as I have mentioned before, it is possible to access a content but if I edit them again with Admin user, then it won't be possible to see the same node!
How that is possible?
Does user #1 see them listed
Does user #1 see them listed in the front page or just the Welcome message?
What does the anonymous user see on the front page?
------
When you save the nodes again, take a look at all the collapsed sections under the text box and especially the Publishing settings.
authenticated users
All the authenticated users including user #1 can see the content.
For instance if I create a new page using Admin user right now, no one can see it but authenticated users in fact anonymous users won't be able to see any new content although they still can see the old ones IF I don't edit them. so if I edit the old content and update them, anonymous users won't be able to see them as well!
I have no idea what has been done!
Had this too...
We were having issues with Access Denied and then discovered the "Rebuild Permissions" button. It's under:
Administer > Content Management > Post Settings
But the trick is, it is only there if you have modified permissions settings and haven't rebuilt them. That seems to perform the backend voodoo to rebuild permissions for everyone.
Problem solved
Thank you very much :)
That solved the problem.
I really appreciate your help.
Thanks
