I do like the Send form, but would like to have it on the same page as the other content rather than just as a link at the bottom.
If you've only got 5 clicks on your site, then why waste one on sending them to another page? But seriously, this is to match an design I didn't come up with.

Allie MickaA mockup, link to an example, or another idea of how to do this UI-wise would be welcome. Else, we'll get to it when we can.
My main issue with this is that the send form as-is is fairly cumbersome, so I fear it wouldn't look right.

Can't retrieve form programmatically with drupal_get_form because of weird form_id.
Any ideas?
