One can get around this by manually creating the directory and the variable, but shouldn't this be something the upgrade script does automatically?
- The error given is: "Your sites/default/settings.php file must define the $config_directory_name variable as the name of a directory in which configuration files can be written."
- core/UPGRADE.txt makes no mention of this.
