When i made the module i did look for alternatives.
* blackwhite is just handling file exclusion
* agrcache handles bundling on a menu callback, so it would be possible that some visitors would not get all the needed js/css files
* core_library at the time worked by teaching the site the files and then it created one big bundle out of them (im not 100% about this 'one' but it felt like that at the time)
Examiner.com is quite a huge site, teaching it the files is 'hard' and i rather wanted an automated solution which always provides the visitor the appropriate files.
bundle_aggregation has been running for a while now on Examiner.com so i believe it has been tested enough to be made public. I will later add the missing README and other required stuff.
