Does anyone know how to add a "add to favorites" function in Drupal (v5.x)
I want let use to save their favorites item to their owe list
Such as the page , forum topic and blog entry
It there and code to support this in Drupal?

There actually is a module that does this: favorite_nodes. I have not used it but it sounds pretty good.

Views Bookmarks is what you are looking for. Highly configurable and easy to use if you understand views :)

yea you can add this functionality to your drupal site by one module-Favorite Nodes.......
You can use this functionality for any content type as well as it also creates one block to display the favorite nodes list.

For Drupal 8, use the Flag module.
