Currently there is Description, which appears at the beginning of the fieldset.
I think it could be a good idea to implement UI way of adding suffix as well, where you can type the text which will appear always at the end of all rendered fields without any coding.

See in the attachment where you type Description. Below it, there should be some kind of suffix.
