Deletion of blocks after changing Number of blocks [#1651266]

Thanks for a great module first of all. Much appreciated.

Not sure if this is really a bug but it could be confusing to a user.

After a succesfull installation of the modules and library:
1. went to admin/config/user-interface/superfish
2. saved configuration with Number of Blocks = 4
3. went to the admin/structure/block
4. added two blocks (e.g. one in header region - one in sidebar first region)
5. changed the Number of Blocks = 1
6. went back to admin/structure/block and block #2 was still showing in the sidebar first region but not in the blocks list

So there is no way to delete the block through the block list UI.
Changing back Number of Blocks to 2 let the block show up again.

Hey there,

Thanks for this, I guess some other users also complained about this, will add it to my to-do list, perhaps I changed the way it works altogether, creating an "Add new Superfish block" in the blocks list, like the Menu Blocks module.
