PHP notice when Maximum image resolution is set to 0

When you set Maximum image resolution to 0 (no restriction), you'll find the following watchdog message after you resize an image:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in imce_resize_submit() (line 362 of sites\all\modules\contrib\imce\inc\imce.page.inc).

Repeatable: Always
Steps to repeat:

1. Login to your site with user 1
2. Edit the IMCE profile for this user on admin/config/media/imce/profile/edit/1
3. Change "Maximum image resolution" to 0
4. Resize an image with IMCE
