Im running a clean install of Drupal 7 with Zen & MySQL, When I got this. will try to troubleshoot further

That says the issue is with the ZEN theme not my theme. What Zen version are you using, 3.x or 5.x?

The issue you note is within the Zen theme, not this theme. Please raise the issue in the Zen issue queue.
