Offer to become co-maintainer [#1664280]

I'd like to become a co-maintainer of this module with the following goals in mind:

Deprecate the module in favor of Nodewords.
Finish the migration path to Nodewords (#657388: Migrate settings from nodewords_bypath).
Doing this will also ultimately give the module's ~400 users an upgrade path to D7.
