Taxonomy [tid] converting to translated path alias is not working when using in views link paths

I have multiple languages (english, latvian, russian) enabled in the site.
Enabled taxonomy translation (Localize. Terms are common for all languages, but their name and description may be localized.)

In view I have a field "Taxonomy name" which I have configured in "Output this field as a link" to custom path - e.g.: "news/[tid]"
(Let's take an example - [tid] is id for taxonomy term "wood" with translation in latvian "mezs").

When I switch to Latvian language, clear the caches and open the view - I see that all links link to correct path - e.g. "news/mezs".

When I refresh the page or when browsing the site - open the view again (e.g. refresh the view) - all paths became default - english. e.g. "news/wood" in Latvian language and in English as well.
