Existing actions are not available in trigger selection widgets [#1666690]

Hello,

I'm using worflow and trigger modules.
Workflow states have been defined and list of existing actions is correct.
But when trying to associate node actions to workflow triggers , none of them appears inside selector.
Looking at other triggers, only trigger 'when saving node..." has full list of node actions...

Any idea ?
