D6 link to Site Information is used in the D7 version of the module. On /admin/config/system/globalredirect under 'Frontpage Redirect Handler' the link should be /admin/config/system/site-information.

was going to roll a patch myself but then I realized this must have been reported and patched. Perhaps the maintainer needs co-maintainers.
