Single occupancy price as a fixed amount rather than percentage

I was wondering if it would be possible to enhance the single occupancy discount feature. The hotel I am building a site for using rooms offer a fixed price discount for single occupancy in their rooms rather than a percentage discount, I wonder if this is something that could be configurable (on a per bookable unit type basis).
