Small fixes for BH Bootstrap when used as admin or default theme:

  • Tabs on overlay are (visually) broken
  • Second-level menu items in Admin Menu's toolbar-style menu overlap with the bootstrap navbar
  • Overlay needs whitespace at top and bottom (though there is adequate bottom whitespace in some contexts...)
  • Consider theming overlay 'close' button
  • Buttons need to be separated by each other and links with a little margin or whitespace
  • Apply default theme table styles to status page
  • Center checkboxes in td as on modules page
