Events with no end time show up as all day in week view.

This may be a duplicate issue but I'm finding a bug in the calendar using Calendar version 2.4. When you create an event with no end time it shows in the week view as an all day event. It displays properly in the month view. I found this same issue looking through the queues for the drupal 7 version of calendar. Unfortunately my site is still dependent on Drupal 6 and it's group of modules. any help would be appreciated. TIA
