activate() can re-activate the already activated spaces (does extra queiries, etc.)

_spaces_og_form_alter_group calls activate for some reason (I've never seen the edit form outside of the current space?). Anyhow, it re-actives the already active space, so simple patch to say "uhh, you the current space? Okay, let's not activate". May just be a mask for some other problem though.
