This problem is causing us a real headache and preventing the webshop that is ready from going live -- for us this is critical because a lot of telephone orders get processed through the "Create orders" interface.

Would it be rude of me to set the priority as critical ? ( it's critical for us )

"Critical" is not appropriate, "major" might be. Please read http://drupal.org/node/45111 - and note that this is largely irrelevant anyway, the maintainers do this on an entirely voluntary basis and marking something critical doesn't mean we will fix it faster.

Priority: Normal » Major

Thanks for the "priority" link - I think this bug could be described as "major" and have changed the priority to that.

We will attempt to fix this bug during the next few days but we have very little knowledge of the internal workings of ubercart core code. I know that all work is done voluntarily and truely appreciate what is done and as such would never attempt to tell contributing developers what they should work on.

Just wondering if anyone has found time to look at this - still causing us big problems when manually entering orders. We have tried digging around in the code for a couple of days but without any success.

Following.
I have the same problem.

Same issue here.

@Rastløs, @jlain: Please just click on the big green "Follow" button in the upper right corner if you want to track an issue. Posting "Same problem" without providing any information, suggestions, or patches doesn't help advance the solution.

Argh... just came across this bug... this is quite a major thing for us... and perhaps a show stopper. Anyword on a fix for this or should I jump across to Drupal Commerce?

TR’s picture

@brokenspokeshane: Sure, jump across to Drupal Commerce. As we all know, that module has no bugs, provides every feature ever imagined, and can be configured by users who don't even know how to use computers. Everyone who installs it will live in a magical kingdom filled with rainbows and unicorns.
